When Excel file have been loaded the system will give You the following information: price level each of the parts and terms of delivery. You could select acceptable items and put them in to the cart.
2. When all of the spares are in cart allready You can do the following You need: delete, do order, add remarks
3. For make out an order - select spares in the cart and press "Make an order"
- for each spare part You are going to order indicate it\'s attribute as the following (ONLY, BRAND, WAIT, WAITSTOCK, QUAN, AGRE)
- select acceptable variant of payment and delivery

# Опция "Автооплата"
При оформлении заказа вы можете задать ему опцию "Автооплата" (галочка Автооплата в форме оформления заказа). Наличие этой опции позволяет системе автоматически отправлять заказ в работу при занесении денег на Ваш счет в системе partmaster.
Рекомендуем использовать эту опцию, чтобы менеджер мог как можно быстрее приступить к работе над вашим заказом.
Если опция "Автооплата" при оформлении заказа не была выбрана - то вам необходимо будет вручную отправить заказ в работу. Сделать это можно в разделе Заказы

# Опция "100% предоплата"
Если вы укажите для заказа "100% предоплату" - мы будем ждать от Вас полной оплаты стоимости заказа прежде чем приступить к работе над ним.
При "100% предоплате" заказа вам дается скидка в 2%.
Если вы не выбираете галочку "100% предоплата" при оформлении заказа - Вы можете оплатить лишь половину стоимости заказа и он будет отправлен в работу. Оставшиеся 50% зачисляются на Ваш долг системе partmaster, который должен быть Вами погашен при получении заказанного товара.

Import spare parts to Cart
If you know catalogue codes of spare parts necessary for you - you can take advantage of service of Import of spare parts into Cart

After loading excel-file the system will give you the information: the price of each part and delivery terms, - where you can choose positions approaching you and to put them into Cart
2. In the Cart you can dispose of your positions: to delete, make an order, to add the comment to each part
3. To make order please choose part in your Cart and click "Make Order" button
- On the form of registration of the order you can specify signs for each ordered part(ONLY, BRAND, WAIT, WAITSTOC, QUAN, AGRE)
- also you can choose payment type and delivery way

# "Autopayment" option
When making the order you can select "Autopayment" option for it (please choose "Autopayment" check box in the form of order registration). Presence of this option allows system to send automatically the order to work at adjusting money to your account in partmaster system.
We recommend to use this option that the manager could start to work as soon as possible over your order.
if the option "Autopayment" at order registration has not been chosen - that will be necessary to send manually your order to work. You can do this at the Orders section

# "100% prepayment" option
If you specify for the order "100 % prepayment" - we will wait from you for full payment of cost of the order before to start to work over it.
At "100 % prepayment" of order we\\\'ll give you the 2% discount.
If you don\\\'t choose "100% prepayment" checkbox when make order - you can pay only half of order cost and order will be sent to work. Remaining 50% of order cost are enlisted on your debt to partmaster system which should be extinguished you at reception of the ordered parts.
4. After you make an order - it appears at the Orders section
# On a site it is possible to track executions of your order all by stages
Important!
If your order is accepted to work you have no right to refuse its payment and reception even if we will execute it partially. Also, on any position in the order, the quantity of the ordered details or the order can be reduced can be entirely removed.
# You can see order status at the Orders section. 
# To see statuses of ordered parts possible at the Parts in Work section
# There are some statuses of passage of the ordered positions (parts):
- «Paused» - new, only created order. You need to pay you order if you want to move it to work. Till the moment of payment the order will not change the status. If you have wanted to refuse the order at this stage, come into "Orders" and cancel it.
- «In Work» - You put money to your invoice, and order move to work. You can refuse on this stage by orer refuse. To do this contact to you manager
- «Confirmed» - Provider confirm that ordered part is available, and price and shipping term wasn't change
- «Road» - You order has been alredy bought from provider, and now is in road. If you part doesn't become broken during shipping, then it will be available on our storage soon.
- «Store» - You parts shipped to our storage.
- «End» - Order completed and shipped to you.
- «Refuse» - Order canceled.
This could be happend for following reasons:
1. You refused ordered parts.
2. Parts were not available from Provider (or price was change)
3. Parts were broken during shipping.
If you still need "Refuse" part - order it once more or send request to manager.
