Auto spare parts order
We accept orders extremely through the site, only urgent and non standart administrative issues can be processed and resolved via the telephone. Our managers will spent a minimum time for processing and fulfilling of your order. It takes on average of 24 hours, but in some cases this time can be increased due to the fact that such an order was received at night or on weekends and holidays.
The minimum prepayment value for every order is 50%, so if you don\\'t have money on your Partmaster account, our system will not send your order to work. Remaining 50% + shipping you must pay before you receive you order.

Prices
Prices for all goods present on our site you can find in on-line price list, just insert correct part code into "Part ID". If such code is not defined in our price list, you can refine the cost and delivery time for this spare parts at your manager using order by Vin-number. The price in the on-line price list already includes your discount, which can be viewed in your profile. When You order take into account the region of delivery (where from Your spare part (avia or sea), pay attention to delivery (link is active) cost EU-Europe, AE-Middle East, UA-Ukraine, US-USA). Delivery outside Kiev is to be paid separately. All the prices mentioned on the site - is prices for Kiev (self-delivery). You can discuss with your manager a possibility to make an order delivery to the region.
Return or monetary compensation
You can refuse the order in case of price increasing more than 10% of the claimed price or in case of absence of these spare parts in our warehouses.The refusal of the total order because of the failure of at least one position is not considered. We can accept return in clear discrepancy of package number and auto part number and also if the appearance and shape of auto parts does not correspond to the ordered parts - cellophane factory packaging inside should not be opened. To return your order you should send a special letter previously (via e-mail), where you should specify the return reason.
