To become a customer on PartMaster

Firstly, you should create a personal mailbox and register here: http://partmaster.com.ua/?action=user_new_account  

Read our customers agreement carefully and check 'I agree with customers agreement' chekbox

Fields marked with a red star are mandatory.  You will receive a notice at the registered account in order to verify your e-mail. After registering, you can find spare parts using details' code or you can create a VIN request to your manager, who will find the correct spare part for you.

You can find Vin request form here: http://partmaster.com.ua/?action=cart_vin_request_add. Usually VIN request is processed by a manager up to 1 day. Once the VIN request has been sent - you will receive a notice on the internal communications system and mailbox

When you will find the necessary spare part - it should be put into the cart. From details in the cart you can form an order.

Yoг can form an order and pay money later, or you can wait until the money transfer to your account will be finished and then form an order. In the first case your order will have 'Suspended' state until money transfer to your account will be finished. An order prepayment - at least 50%. Learn about your payment options, you can right here: http://partmaster.com.ua/?action=finance_payforaccount . There you can also find a rate of exchange, if you do not pay in dollars. All prices on site are converting to dollars, including price list. If rate of exchange has been changed  then all prices on the site will swap in proportion to changes course.

Once your order is sent to work - you will receive notification about your order status change (for every detail in order). There is no need to writу or call to you manager about any specific detail: the status for the package updates when new states from suppliers has been recieved. All your details and information about them you can find here 'Details under work'

Once the detail status "In stock" - you can pick it. Or you can pay for delivery to the region. The order price does not include shipping costs. We will correct this inconvenience later. If the detail status "Rejected" - money will be returned to your account and you can either order other parts, or return them.
